Welcome to Griver RolePlay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our GTA V FiveM server, official website, Discord, and all related community platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Server Rules.
Griver RolePlay ("GriverRP") reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue these Terms or any part of our services at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Griver RolePlay is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or FiveM in any official capacity.
By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our server is strictly intended for a mature audience to maintain a serious and immersive RolePlay environment.
To ensure a high-quality and respectful environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities of any kind.
Any form of harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or toxic behavior toward players or staff will result in immediate action, including permanent bans.
The use of cheats, hacks, third-party software, or exploiting bugs/glitches to gain unfair advantages is strictly forbidden. Any discovered exploit must be reported immediately to staff.
Impersonating staff members, administrators, or other players is not allowed under any circumstances.
All assets related to GTA V and FiveM remain the property of their respective owners. You may not claim ownership or misuse them.
All decisions made by the GriverRP Administration Team are final. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or disrupts the community environment.
All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Griver RolePlay makes no guarantees regarding:
We do not guarantee continuous server availability or error-free gameplay.
We do not guarantee preservation of character progress, assets, or account data. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
Under no circumstances shall Griver RolePlay, its owners, developers, or staff be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to: loss of data or progress, account suspension or termination, service interruptions or downtime, or any reliance on in-game or community information.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Griver RolePlay and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or any actions that harm the community or its members.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Server Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Griver RolePlay. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
By continuing to use Griver RolePlay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
